Former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is headed to Atlanta on Monday for an hour long conversation as part of her book tour.

Her visit to the Fox Theatre is part of a 16-city nationwide tour where she’s mixed self-deprecating humor with analysis of her 2016 defeat to Republican Donald Trump.

The book, “What Happened,” details Clinton’s campaign to become the nation’s first woman president, the factors that led to her stunning loss and her life after the November vote.

The tour is part of ongoing Democratic hand-wringing about last year’s vote, marked by new questions about whether the Democratic National Committee favored her campaign over Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders’ insurgent bid.

At other stops, Clinton lamented the letter sent by then-FBI Director James Comey that reopened an investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server days before the election as a “proximate cause” of her defeat.

And she’s said she’s heartened by Democratic victories in New Jersey, Virginia and elsewhere in last week’s votes. She called them a sign the “fever has broken” and that voters are not going to stomach “political machinations” of the Trump administration.

It is Clinton’s first formal visit to Atlanta since a late February 2016 campaign trip where she stumped for votes at City Hall and the Georgia Capitol days before the March presidential primary. She easily defeated Sanders in that vote,  but lost Georgia by 5 points in the general election.
