The Town of Sturbridge will not be held responsible for incomplete bid submissions.
Each offer shall be in accordance with specifications and instructions contained therein.
In all cases the Town of Sturbridge reserves the right to reject all bids in the best interest of the Town.
The Town of Sturbridge shall receive each proposal/bid either by mail, (no proposals / bids will be accepted via e-mail or fax unless noted differently) or in person in the Town Administrator’s office no later than the date and time indicated in the RFP or RFQ. Late proposals/bids will not be considered.
