The Magic’s Gone, Welcome To Disney’s Woke Kingdom

There is more to Disney’s iconic brand than fairy tales, Frozen sequels, and incredible theme parks.

Disney is going woke and advocating left-wing social justice issues. The public is only now seeing the solid evidence.

Disney recently held a virtual “all hands on deck” meeting in response to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s signing of the “Parental Rights in Education” bill.

That law became controversial after being misrepresented in the media. But in leaked video clips of Disney’s meeting, company leaders don’t hold back on their woke agenda.

Disney Diversity and Inclusion Manager Vivian Ware said the company will no longer refer to children at theme parks as “ladies and gentlemen” or “boys and girls.”

Ware says Disney doesn’t want to “just assume that because someone might be, in our interpretation, maybe presenting as female that they may not want to be called ‘princess.'” Ware even eschews addressing children and says the recordings will announce, “Dreamers of all ages.”

In another clip, Disney Corporate President Karey Burke says she is the mother of a transgender child and a pansexual child and that she supports having “many, many, many LGBTQIA characters in our stories.”

Disney’s ” Reimagine Tomorrow ” program commits to a minimum of 50% of characters to be LGBTQIA and racial minorities.

Similarly, Disney production coordinator Allen March says his team is committed to “exploring queer stories” and has created a “tracker” to make sure they are creating enough “gender-nonconforming characters,” “canonical trans characters,” and “canonical bisexual characters.”

Executive producer Latoya Raveneau says her team has implemented a “not-at-all-secret gay agenda” and is regularly “adding queerness” to children’s programming.

The problem: Many of these goals cannot be achieved without first creating content that is overtly sexual yet targeted at children.

Why is Disney so committed to pushing sexuality and gender issues onto children? LGBT characters cannot be created without dealing explicitly with sexuality.

We’ve reached a strange crossroads in the culture wars. It is not enough to have equality or respect for others.

It is not enough for Disney to include a gay or transgender character in their features — now there must be 50% representation in films.

Children must now be subject to left-wing propaganda even as they seek only to enjoy a movie or show.

Disney has enjoyed incredible success for nearly a century. It has created films and stories that generations of children have loved into adulthood.

What’s happening now is the transformation of a once-great American institution into a fiefdom of woke zealotry.
