Club SUCCESS – Club House International Forming Virtual Communities

As the International Clubhouse community responds to the reality of the COVID-19 pandemic, many Clubhouses are now adjusting to the reality of having to operate as ‘virtual’ Clubhouse communities.

Clubhouse International has been in communication with its International Training Bases and with many Clubhouses around the world.

They have been learning to create systems to ensure that their members still have the critical supports of belonging to a Clubhouse, even as they are not able to gather together in their Clubhouse buildings.

Club SUCCESS is a shining example of helping members stay connected.

Peace River Center’s Club SUCCESS is part of an international program certified by Clubhouse International, which includes more than 330 Clubhouses in 30 countries throughout the world.

Club SUCCESS is a place for persons living with mental illness to build self-confidence and self-esteem while reintegrating into their community, becoming more independent and productive, and learning to live happy, healthy lives.

In this program persons living with mental illness are called members rather than clients or patients because it helps foster relationships and recognizes the joint partnership that allows members to work on their recovery by completing education, employment and housing goals.

Please see our schedule below to join! Some of our ZOOM sessions will be happening at the same time. However, you can always join a session for a few and then switch to another!
