We all make mistakes in our lives, and we all have to pay the price.
I’m not proud of having driven while intoxicated and am just grateful that when I did,, no one got hurt.
I was court-ordered to have an ignition locking device installed in my vehicle and opted to go with a company called INTOXALOCK.
On a month to month basis, I’m sure there is no big difference between companies that offer this service or device, but when it came time to remove the device the Department of motor vehicles in the State of Massachusetts is not the most user-friendly state to deal with over the phone or online as far as communicating on any issue, however, the people at INTOXALOCK had the liaison team that was able to help me communicate with the state and made my bad decision just a bit better.
The relationship INTOXALOC has with the State of Massachusetts is such that they have proven they understand that just because you made a bad choice at one time in your life, they are committed to helping you get back on track to do what is right and prove your desire to “Do The Right Thing”.
We all make mistakes, and if you should find yourself in a position where you are in need of such a service, INTOXALOCK has your back with customer service second to none. (Not that I have any experience with other company’s Just blessed to have found this company)
It has been a learning experience for me, and I can only offer my personal experience as a guide. But it is my opinion that INTOXALOCK does care and their customer service (Alex) shows that.
