In response to ‘Fearless Girl’ degrading ‘Charging Bull’ statue, an artist created ‘Pissing Pug’

The slippery slope argument that you can call something “art” and therefore it is is coming back to haunt liberals over a new addition to the Wall Street “Charging Bull” and “Fearless Girl.”

A third artist erected a statue in which a small dog is depicted lifting up its hind leg and urinating on Fearless Girl’s left leg, known as “Pissing Pug.”

It was created by city sculptor Alex Gardega who seems to be pissed off over the placement of Fearless Girl by Kristen Visbal (and commissioned by State Street Global Advisors via McCann New York), which altered how people originally interpreted the Charging Bull.

In an interview with the New York Post, Gardega said that “Fearless Girl” was a publicity stunt appearing opposite of artist Arturo Di Modica’s bull.

“This is corporate nonsense,” Gardega said. “It has nothing to do with feminism, and it is disrespect to the artist that made the bull.”

He continued. “That bull had integrity.”

Gardega noted that when sculpting Pissing Pug, he intentionally made it poorly to show his distaste over the whole situation.

“I decided to build this dog and make it crappy to downgrade the statue, exactly how the girl is a downgrade on the bull,” he said.

While liberals are quick to call anything that is edgy and offensive “art,” they were quick to condemn this as sexist and misogynistic.

The statue has since been taken down, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still shower “Fearless Girl” in American flags and MAGA hats.
