BOSTON, MA — A pedestrian was struck by a duck boat in Boston Sunday.

WCVB reported the incident happened on the corner of Newbury and Clarendon Streets and the pedestrian is said to have suffered non-life threatening injuries.

In May, 28-year-old Allison Warmuth was killed when a moped she was riding was struck by a duck boat at the intersection of Charles and Beacon Street. Her parents joined lawmakers in June, introducing a bill to increase safety requirements for duck boats.
